Pancho Villa's has a rich history in Fairfax, dating back to the mid 70's when the original Carlos and Pancho's opened.

Pancho's is one of the towns premiere food and party locations, and the only place in Fairfax regularly pouring fresh margaritas and serving a wide array of premium tequilas.
